Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel Packages $2499.00 per room

Take your project from inspiration to completion with one of our Kitchen and Bathroom Packages.  Remodeling is an exciting adventure, but it is hard to know where to start!  We will clarify the process and decision making.  Our goal is to help you make a beautiful space tailored to your life. 
 

The Remodel Packages includes the following as part of the First Meeting in your home:

• Discussion of your project in detail, including project goals, lifestyle considerations and inspirations. 

• Measuring the appropriate space and noting site conditions along with documenting the space with photos.

• Consideration of adjacent spaces and relationships

• Inventory of fixtures or appliances to remain in finished space

The solution will be presented at the Second Meeting, in our design studio, including:

• Review selections for tile, faucet and shower fixtures, cabinetry styles, lighting solutions, countertop material, knobs or handles, paint color, and flooring - everything that is needed to complete the room!

• Details and specifications for the materials and fixtures, including where they can be purchased, will be provided in a selections book.

• Suggestions of where to see and purchase any appliances. 

• Answer questions and suggest construction resources if desired. 

 

The package price is for one room and includes two, two hour in person meetings and a packet detailing the selections allowing you to source and purchase your selections.

If additional design services are requested upon completion of the selected package, we will suggest an hourly fee structure to accommodate your project.
